  1. I’m honestly not sure whom is more corrupt in South Dakota, state Prisoners or Cops & Judges.
    They call South Dakota the state of freedom…..
    But the state has the highest incarceration rate (per population) in the nation.

    The Cops are really just thugs with guns.
