1.Drug offense. A drug offense refers to the possession, use, sale or furnishing of any drug or intoxicating substance or drug paraphernalia, that is prohibited by law. Most drug offenses are felonies. The most common defense raised is to challenge the search and seizure that resulted in the police finding the drugs

2.Weapons, Explosives, Arson. A person commits the criminal offense of unlawful possession, control, or ownership of      firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapons when he or she unlawfully possesses, controls, or owns a firearm, ammunition, explosive, or weapon.

3.Sex Offenses. The common sex offenses fall into the following categories: Crimes against adults: rape, sexual assault and marital rape. Crimes against relatives: incest. Crimes against children: pornography, exploitation, molestation, abduction.

  1. I just recently learned that when slavery was abolished, the new law made it legal to force people convicted of crimes to become slaves. So it seems pretty obvious that leaders back then really had no intention of abolishing slavery… just repackaged it to appear legitimate.

    This is the best explanation yet for how and why we have the highest incarceration rate per capita in the world. The fact that 70% of them are black is no coincidence.

    Where are all the people of good conscience in this “Christian” nation? Guess they’re all too busy deciding which color designer clothes they should buy and wear to church next Sunday. Sad
